Support for the whole school

Our work at a whole-school level includes:
  • Support with identifying and clarifying SEMH needs and provision
  • Advice on provision mapping for pupils with SEMH needs
  • Support with identifying staff professional development needs
  • Whole school training (e.g. Team Teach, Restorative Approaches)
  • Supporting the transfer of skills/strategies
  • Staff drop-in advice sessions
  • Parent/carer support sessions
  • Advice on school code of conduct/behaviour policy (encompassing positive handling, reward and sanction systems, whole school scripts, behaviour support plans)
  • Playground management advice and strategies, including recommending resources and activities
  • Advice on whole-school approach to developing social skills and emotional resilience e.g. Circle Time, Comic Strip Conversations, Social Stories, and emotional resilience programmes.
  • Support for thinking about ethos with leadership teams
